Since you lied to us many times already, and were using a severely unfair mod, you are staying banned. Unbans are soon coming out and you can get one then. (10.00$)

Wait a second.. isn't Unban Passes that you pay for against the EULA?

No its not, Eula states that you can charge for access to your server, and its not a perk, an unban and a pass to hack would be against eula, but unban alone is okay as long as you continue to enforce the rules.

On top of that, eula will never be enforced, so if we hit a grey area anyway not like it will matter. (Although We will stick to it as much as possible)
