We need to talk green

I feel that I have been scammed a few months back. I purchased a unban a while back and you did jack squat about it. I feel I should be unbanned first before I donate all of the money back. this is to prevent me from being scammed again ~jponzy 11.25.2015

You will not under any circumstances be allowed back onto our server until you purchase the super-donator rank and the unban. After your actions of scamming us, we feel that we can not trust you at all.

Nevertheless, I forgive you for making that video, however you are still only going to be unbanned once the purchase is made.

Besides, if I really were trying to scam you, you could always just re-charge back. It's as simple as that. xD

It's sad to be seeing you go forever possibly. But on the other hand you did donate and then charge back your money when you got banned. This got you perma banned. So if this server means so much to you just repay for superdonator and the unban and you will be allowed on the server again if if I'm correct.

Because we cannot trust a player by allowing them back on the server before repaying the money because they would most likely not repay.

if you unban me first and give me a week to respond I will give you your money back but my parents wont let me do it (even with my own money) because you ripped me off before so do the unban first and then I will

and you could easily unban me if I don't respond in that week

You were not ripped off, you simply don't understand our terms of service nor even bother to read them.

If you can open up your brain for at least a minute, you would understand.

So lets go back to what happened.

First event that happened - You bought a donator rank for 20$ that gave you access to the SuperDonator Rank. This rank states that -
For this 1 time payment of $20, you get the following things.


A Magenta [SuperDonator] title.
A Magenta username.
Access to 8 cool and unique hats that each have something special.
Access to 8 unique particle effects
Client-side time and weather control
5 different colors of text
Access to having colored nicknames
The ability to play any jukebox you see with all c418 music disks!

Does it state anywhere that you aren't allowed to get banned? NO.



Second event that occurred -

You were caught in your rule breaking for X-ray in the maze. You know it too. You were cheating, yes. So because of your rulebreaking, you were banned.



Third event that occurred -

As a result of your ban, your parents decided to get your money back, meaning you got those two weeks of SuperDonator FOR FREE, WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE. This strictly goes against our terms of service, and as a result, you were permanently IP-banned and banned until the chargeback was reversed.



Fourth event that occurred -

Not knowing our Terms of Service, you told your parents to buy yourself an unban so you could get back on the server, which is NOT, i repeat, NOT how it works when it comes to chargeback scandals. As a result, I informed you that you need to re-purchase the stuff you previously had in order to come back online.

I will not, NOT make any little deals just for you because you feel so special as to the point to breaking all of our terms of service.


Either buy the stuff, or you don't get unbanned. Do it and come back or just leave.
