as you can see ViP_x_legendz is using reach he hit me from that far away, he was using kit 5 so he could blind me and use reach to kill me

No cheats involved at all, and if so, a picture isn't enough evidence. You can not post the photo because you joined in the past week, to prevent spambots from joining and posting pornography.
