PS: If you are wondering what the "Sprinting Toggled" in the top left hand corner is, it is a factions mod that allows you to press a button instead of hold a button down to sprint and sneak. Here's a link to the mod so you can have a look for yourself! Since I am not allowed to post links on the forums, type "ToggleSprint 1.8 Minecraft" in google and it is the first result.
If you deem this mod unfair I will obviously remove it right away.

Banning coolboy, but I'd take that mod off if I were you, it explicitly states that autosprint is not allowed.
